Processing Time:

Please allow up to 10 business days (Monday–Friday) for order processing before your package ships. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

During product launches, holiday sales, and promotional events, processing times may be longer than usual.

Third-Party Payment Providers:

If you placed your order using Afterpay, Klarna, PayPal, Sezzle, or another third-party payment provider and did not receive an order confirmation from Curst Beauty, please contact us.

These charges are determined by your country's customs agency and are not included in your order total.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order's weight and destination.

Domestic shipping starts at $12.99.

Route Shipping Protection:

We highly recommend adding Route Shipping Protection during checkout.

When Route Protection is purchased, eligible lost, stolen, or damaged packages can be replaced or refunded directly through Route, subject to Route's terms and conditions.

If Route Protection is not purchased, Curst Beauty is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Mystery Boxes:

All Mystery Box sales are final.

Mystery Boxes are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Pre-Order Policy:

All pre-order sales are final.

When you place a pre-order, your payment reserves inventory that is manufactured specifically for your order. Because production begins based on pre-order quantities, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges cannot be offered.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guideline and may change due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

Manufacturing delays
Customs inspections
Tariffs
Import/export regulations
Carrier delays
Weather events
Holiday shipping congestion
Supply chain disruptions

We appreciate your patience and will provide updates whenever possible.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final.

Curst Beauty does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds unless required by applicable law.

If you purchased Route Shipping Protection, claims for eligible lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be submitted directly through Route.

Product Color Disclaimer

Colors may appear differently depending on factors such as:

Skin tone
Lip pigmentation
Monitor settings
Mobile device displays
Lighting conditions

Because of these natural variations, products cannot be returned or exchanged based on color differences.

Curst Beauty reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

If an exception is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
